Three Oaks Leadership Advisors, LLC (“Three Oaks”) was formed out of a passion and commitment to client service. The founding members of the firm bring over 25 years of executive search experience, in a combination of major international firms and boutiques. This blend of experience provides the rigor of process and breadth of network of the large firms with the client-centric approach of boutiques. We differentiate ourselves through the quality of our research and robust candidate assessment, frequency and clarity of communication, and the creativity we bring to solve your unique problems.

Beyond the work, we also believe in doing good. We invest in carbon offsets to balance any travel conducted in the course of our work (by us or our candidates).
